PHOTO GALLERY: Amazing flower photos (part 2)

It’s that time of year in the northern part of the world. When flowers and blossoms make their appearance. And there are certainly great photos of flowers to put in this gallery.

This time we are using flowers from the website: https://unsplash.com/ This is another site in which photographers can publish their photos, get the credit but there is no copyright to these photos. The interesting thing is that there are some amazing photographers in this website, in fact, professional looking photos that I have used many times in the blogs I have created. So enjoy my personal selection of these photos, as worthy of being in this gallery:

This is exactly how I think flower photos should look. Close-up, dark background, whole flower in focus, background out of focus, and a flower that is magically beautiful. Thank you Tavin Dotson for getting this so perfect.

To capture a beautiful bird among the beautiful flowers is only a plus. What beautiful composition! This bird just adds to the whole photo, and this photo is a winner in my book.

If you can’t get a good dark space behind your flowers, try the sky and clouds. This backdrop turned out amazing for these flowers. Lovely sky, lovely flowers…. A well done photo.

All the things that make a perfect flower photo are in this picture. Added the water droplets on the flower just improved to make it a sellable flower photo.

I hope you will agree that the flowers with the sky as the background make an amazing photo. When people use cloth, or walls, or whatever for their background, it just doesn’t look as good as either a dark background or the sky as the background. What do you think? Comment at the bottom of this blog.

The person who took this photo above, must work in a specialty flower store. And the background, because it’s dark, makes the flowers still stand out. But the background adds to the story of the flowers. A great composed photo.

Oh, this photo almost took my breath away! The blue in this flower is beautiful, and with the black background, I think makes this one of the best photos on this page.

I am in love with this photo too! Such beautiful flowers poking through a fence, that is dark, so the beauty of the flowers stand out. But then again, to make the background different just makes a story out of this photo. Thank you, Julia!

I love this idea with this flower combination: use a white vignette to keep the flowers in a dream world. It’s not a dark background, but wow! this works great! Congratulations Evie S.

Everybody loves a sunflower. And this one sunflower photo is nice because it is still in the flower field, and you have more sunflowers used as a background and the blue sky! So nicely done.
